One step closer to understanding telomerase
TERRA, a non-coding RNA molecule that associates with telomeres like the hair on corn (sort of), may be what attracts the telomerase to damaged ends, like colors of flowers attract bees.

To understand my theory of how fibromyalgia may be related and to hear about cases of anecdotal improvement after taking a telomerase activator, check out this video I did on the subject:
Prophylactic surgery is like removing functional tires because they might wear out someday. Not very smart unless you own a tire factory and aren’t attached to the original tires.
Silly Google! You’re going to have to invent a time machine to solve aging because that problem has already been solved.
the stress hormone, cortisol, decreases telomerase activity.
It appears that healthy choices make your telomeres longer. How is this happening? Increased telomerase activity? How is that happening? Probably better quality sleep and decreased cortisol levels, inflammation, and damage to stem cells. To learn a grand unified theory of aging and disease that dovetails with this clinical research, read “Telomere Timebombs: Defusing the terror of aging”
