In this second half of our interview, Peter Voss explains why he feels that autonomous weapons are not fundamental threat.

Secondly, he believes that human-machine interface will never speed up human cognition. Peter believes that the ability to learn a language will never be possible like installing an SD card.

Finally, the tech singularity is, in his opinion, inevitable. This era when machine intelligence can improve themselves will be a good thing for human survival. What do you think?

I graduated from Harvard with honors in Biological Anthropology prior to earning my Medical Degree and Masters in Public Health from Columbia University.
