Exosomes 11: Deb B’s knees are improving

This week’s blog is a video posting about my patient, 65-yo Deb B. She received exosome therapy two and a half weeks ago and from the first moments of injection, she has felt much better. The knees are a highly active joint with cartilage, bone, bursae, ligaments, tendons, and muscles that all work together. It appears universal and inevitable that the poorly vascularized cartilage and the local stem cell niches can’t keep up with the ongoing repair that we require as we age. At least it did before exosomes…

While Deb’s dramatic symptommatic improvements may be partially a factor of the hyaluronic acid used to keep the exosomes local and provide a matrix, we hope the twitching that many patients note indicates new muscle creation. Thankfully, she had no pain from this technique, which contrasts with the older procedures of prolotherapy and/or PRP injection that intentionally produce inflammation. Read future updates to keep up to date with Deb and the other subjects of my blogs.

If you want to hear about Deb’s experience with TA-65, watch this podcast I did on the subject seven years ago. She has not purchased TA-65 from me and no consideration was given for that participation nor the more recent video that she was kind enough to record.

  1. Great blog and video! I’m glad the treatments have helped Deb. I remember Dr. Park’s podcast 34 video with Deb about her TA-65 experience from seven years ago. It’s hard to believe that was seven years ago.
